Paul Schmanke - Being raised near the Franklin and Gasconade county line between Gerald and Rosebud has given Paul a distinct appreciation for the broad legal needs of people that proudly call east-central Missouri home. After graduating from Owensville High School in 1995 with numerous honors, Paul earned a Bachelors degree in education from the University of Missouri in 1999, while playing football for the Missouri Tigers under head coach Larry Smith, helping the Tigers end a fourteen year bowl drought (Go Tigers!). After working as a commercial real estate agent and small business owner in Topeka, Kansas, Paul returned home to teach United States government and American history at Owensville High School in 2007, while also serving as the Owensville High School head football coach from 2008 to 2o11. In addition to a Masters degree in school administration from Missouri Baptist University, Paul also earned a juris doctor degree from the University if Missouri School of Law in 2016. Paul has criminal jury trial experience in additional to extensive civil litigation experience since opening the Schmanke Law office in 2016, representing thousands of clients involved in a multitude of criminal and civil legal issues. East-central Missouri is a wonderful place to work and live, and Paul consider it a honor to diligently meet the legal needs of fellow community members I have the honor of calling a client.

Katie Eime - Born and raised in Union, Missouri as a 2014 graduate of Borgia High School, Katie graduated from the University of Central Missouri in 2017 with a degree in History and the St. Louis University School of Law in 2021. Katie is an accomplished high school athlete and equestrian with a passion for running and the health and welfare of animals, especially her horse Fantini and multiple felines. Katie is a licensed pilot. While at St. Louis University School of Law Katie played a key role in creating a specialized St. Louis City Municipal docket representing citizens of the City of St. Louis that had a multitude of driving while suspended and/or driving without insurance issues that were in warrant status. During law school Katie gained valuable experience in the area of personal injury as an intern at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne, & Pudlowski, P.C, the Law Firm of Thomas SanFilippo & Associates, LLC, and the Brown & Crouppen Law Firm. Katie is keen on ensuring citizens of East-Central Missouri are properly represented in criminal and/or civil matters, especially when citizens of our community are injured because of the negligence of another.
